Once shipped, the order is handed over to our trusted logistics partners for delivery.

Order will be delivered within 4 to 5 business days, depending on the customer’s location and serviceable pincode.

Delivery timelines may vary for remote or non-metro locations.

Unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, regional restrictions, courier delays, or operational issues may impact delivery schedules.

📍 Address & Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including pincode and contact details.

Any delay or non-delivery caused due to incorrect address or unreachable contact details will not be our responsibility.

We follow a strict No Return and No Exchange policy on all products.

Since our products are health supplements and consumable items, returns are not accepted once the order has been delivered, due to safety and hygiene concerns.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Product (Exception Clause)

An unboxing video and clear images are mandatory for verification.

Upon verification, we may provide a replacement or refund, at our sole discretion.

In approved refund and replacement case :

Refund amount will be credited within 5-7 Business working days to the original payment method.

Replacement orders will Delivered within 15 business working days.
